What a taxi service in Belarus gets
- Pay per order. A daily fee of 150 ₽ plus 7–10% of driver commissions; from 501 orders per day, the daily fee is waived. We’ll confirm the equivalent in Belarusian rubles (BYN) and the payment procedure when you connect.
- Automatic dispatch by road graph. The software finds the nearest car on real roads, with one-way streets and banned turns taken into account — shorter pickups, fewer empty miles.
- Distributed call center and multi-console. You can hand calls to a call center inside the system or, the other way round, take calls for other services and earn on your own operators. If your operators cost you less than 4 ₽ per order, that’s a direct source of income.
- Order channels. The “UpTaxi Taxi” passenger app (Android, iOS), a branded app for your service, a website, ordering bots in Telegram and Max, and an LLM voice robot that answers calls and creates orders on its own.
- Driver bot in Max. Drivers can work without installing an app, on weak internet and even without GPS — with automatic dispatch, an order feed and chat with the dispatcher.
- Driver exchange. An order your own drivers don’t take is completed by a driver from another service on UpTaxi, and the client stays yours.
- 24/7 support in Russian, with no subscription fee.
Getting connected in Belarus
Currency
Trip fares are set in Belarusian rubles (BYN): a fixed upfront price, a GPS taximeter, or both at once. The software itself is billed at rates in Russian rubles; we’ll confirm the currency and payment method when you connect.
Telephony
UpTaxi runs on a cloud Asterisk PBX and connects to any operator over SIP. You need a multi-line number from a Belarusian telecom operator or SIP provider; analog lines use a VoIP gateway. We’ll check compatibility with your operator before launch.
Maps
UpTaxi uses its own mapping: the city road graph is loaded when we set up the server, and we’ll confirm coverage for your city when you connect. Roads, banned turns, districts and pricing zones are edited in your account dashboard.
Interface language
The dispatcher interface, manager’s dashboard and apps are in Russian. We’ll consider a request for Belarusian localization when you connect.
Payment systems and SMS
In-app card payments and driver balance top-ups through Belarusian payment services are set up individually — we’ll confirm the list of available integrations when you connect. SMS notifications work through any SMS aggregator over SMPP or through a GSM gateway; UpTaxi charges no fee.

Requirements are minimal: internet from 1 Mbps, a Windows PC with 4 GB RAM, a headset, a SIP channel, and Android smartphones with GPS for drivers. No dedicated server or mini-PBX needed.
